- Can each driver choose Arabic or English?
- Yes. The language is a per driver setting in the QuickE driver app, so one driver can run the day in Arabic while another on the same fleet runs it in English. The stop list, the buttons and every prompt switch together, and the choice needs no help from the office.
- Does the driver app work without signal?
- Yes. The stop list already on the phone stays usable, and scans, cash entries and proof are stored on the device while there is no connection. They are sent automatically the moment signal returns, so nothing at the door waits on network coverage.
- How does the driver record cash on delivery?
- The amount is entered at the door against the shipment it belongs to, and it posts to that driver's cash ledger immediately. A partial payment and a refused delivery are recorded as separate outcomes, so what the driver is holding is a live figure the office can see during the day.
- What proof is captured at delivery?
- A photo, a signature, a one time code or any combination the shipment requires, together with the location and the time of the handover. All of it is stored against the shipment, so a dispute months later is answered from the record rather than from anyone's recollection.
- What happens if a driver scans the wrong parcel?
- The scan is refused and the app shows which shipment the barcode actually belongs to. A parcel loaded onto the wrong run is caught while the van is still at the hub, which is a cheaper place to find it than the wrong customer's doorstep.
