QuickE

White label

Nothing your merchants see says QuickE

Your domain, your logo and your colours across the merchant portal, the driver app, the tracking page, the notifications and the invoices. You sell a delivery platform under your own name, without spending years building one.

Your domain, end to end

The merchant portal and the tracking page are served from a domain you own, so a merchant signs in at your address and their customer opens a link that carries it too. Every link the system sends out, in a notification, an email or an invoice, points at that domain and nowhere else.

One identity across every surface

Upload your logo and set your colours once, and they apply together across the merchant portal, the driver app and the tracking page. The brand a merchant signed up with is the brand their customer meets at the door, so nothing about the platform suggests a third party in the middle.

Notifications under your name

Delivery updates reach the customer on WhatsApp under your business name, in Arabic or English, with SMS and email as fallbacks. The tracking link inside opens your page, so the question customers care most about, where is my order, is answered on your brand.

Rate cards and invoices on your paper

The rate card a merchant is quoted from and the invoice they download carry your logo, your company details and your charges. Money is where trust is decided, so the documents that talk about it look like they came from you, because they did.

Where QuickE appears, and where it never does

QuickE stays on one side of a line: your admin account, your settings and your agreement with us. Merchants sign into your platform, drivers open your app, customers tap your links, and none of them has a reason to know what runs underneath.

What you stop doing

  • Sending merchants to a portal with another company’s name over the door.
  • The build your own platform project that is always a hire and a year away from done.
  • Tracking links that show your merchants’ customers a logo nobody chose.
  • A rate sheet in Excel that looks nothing like the system it prices.

Where this matters most

Questions operators ask

What does white label mean in delivery software?
White label means the delivery platform runs under the operator’s own brand rather than the software vendor’s. With QuickE that covers the domain the merchant portal and tracking page are served from, the logo and colours across the portal, the driver app and the tracking page, the name on WhatsApp, SMS and email notifications, and the rate cards and invoices merchants receive.
Will my merchants or their customers ever see the QuickE name?
No. The QuickE name appears only where you deal with us, in your operator admin and in your agreement and billing with QuickE. Everything a merchant signs into and every page or message their customer receives carries your domain, your logo and your colours.
Can the merchant portal and tracking page run on my own domain?
Yes. You point a domain or subdomain you own at the platform, and the merchant portal and the tracking page are served from it over a secure connection. Every link the system sends in a notification or an invoice points at that domain, so nothing leads back to an address that is not yours.
Are the notifications branded as well?
Yes. Delivery updates go to the customer over WhatsApp under your business name, in Arabic or English, with SMS and email as fallbacks. The tracking link in each message opens a page on your domain with your logo on it.
What do I need to provide to set it up?
A domain or subdomain you control, your logo files and your brand colours. Once they are in place they apply together across the merchant portal, the driver app, the tracking page, the notifications and the documents, so the brand stays consistent without being maintained surface by surface.
