01
Orders arrive the moment they are placed
An order in your Salla admin becomes a shipment in your dispatch queue with the address, the phone number, the payment type and the amount to collect already filled in. Nobody copies orders out of the Salla dashboard into a spreadsheet at the end of the day, so the shipment that goes out is the order the customer placed, down to the halala.
02
Every status change shows in Salla
Out for delivery, delivered, refused at the door and returned each write back to the order in your Salla admin. Whoever answers store messages sees the same truth the dispatch screen shows, and stops asking the drivers group on WhatsApp where an order is.
03
The customer tracks on WhatsApp, in Arabic
When the order ships, and again when the driver is on the way, your customer gets a WhatsApp message in Arabic or English with a tracking link that carries your store name. A customer who knows the knock is coming refuses less at the door, and the refusal rate is the number a cash on delivery store lives on.
04
COD reconciled against Salla orders
Every riyal collected at the door is posted against the Salla order it belongs to, so what the store is owed is a figure per order rather than an argument at the end of the month. A partial payment, a refusal and a return each move the money differently, and each shows against its own order with the reason attached.
05
Your own driver inside the city, a carrier for the rest
Most Saudi stores deliver their own city and ship everything else. The same Salla order can go either way by a rule you set, so Riyadh goes to your driver and Abha books with a carrier on your own account, and both write the same statuses back to the store.
