What this policy covers

This policy explains two things: what we collect when you visit this website, quicke.ae, and what the QuickE platform stores when delivery operators use it. It is written for website visitors, for operators, and for the people operators deliver to.

What this website collects

When you submit a form on this site, such as booking a demo or contacting us, we receive what you typed. That is usually a name, a work email address, a phone number and a company name. We use it to reply to you and to follow up on your request, and for nothing else.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or anything sensitive on this website.

Analytics on this website

When analytics is configured, this site loads measurement tags through Google Tag Manager. Those tags collect usage data such as the pages you view, how you arrived, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to understand which pages are useful.

If analytics is not configured, no measurement tags load and no usage data is collected.

What the platform stores for operators

Operators enter shipment, merchant and delivery data into the platform: order details, recipient names, addresses and phone numbers, driver activity, proof of delivery records and cash on delivery amounts. QuickE stores this data to provide the service to the operator who entered it.

For that data the operator decides what is collected and why, and QuickE processes it on the operator’s behalf. If you are a recipient and want your details corrected or removed, contact the operator who delivers to you. We help operators meet those requests.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers we need to run the service, such as hosting and message delivery, and only for that purpose.

Data requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write to hello@quicke.ae. Tell us whether your question is about this website or about a delivery, because delivery data is handled together with the operator who ran the delivery.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes appear on this page, and a material change to how we handle data will be announced to account holders by email.
